When creating a new window with "Output level" set to Group and date or to Transaction, the "Window duration" field fails to populate. Instead, it is blank. This issue might occur when both conditions are true:

• A datetime variable is selected in the "Transaction date" field.
• "Transaction time unit" is set to DAYS.

To resolve the issue, follow these steps:

1. Select the "Window duration" field.
2. Click the up-down arrow. Valid values are displayed.
3. Select a valid value.
